September 23, 2020

With only five days of baseball remaining, Jeff Gatland returns to the top spot in the pool, for the first time since August 20, on the strength of Jacob deGrom's NL strikeout lead and Josh Hader sharing in the NL saves lead.

Steve DelVecchio, who has held first place for the majority of September, drops to third, while Brian Wells looks like a contender for the prize as well. Actually, as those of you who have been here before know, five days is still a significant amount of time, so these are not the only three contenders.

More analysis to come as the season winds down.

Good luck,
Jud & Dan
